DLF Privana
Located in Sector 76 and 77, New Gurgaon, this area is close to the SPR Road. From here, the Cloverleaf Junction is just 2 minutes away, giving smooth connectivity to the Dwarka Expressway and NH-48. Because of the Dwarka Expressway, you get easy and fast access to IGI Airport and other parts of Delhi. NH-48 connects you to Cyber City, Udyog Vihar, and the IGI Airport. From NH-48, you can also reach DLF Phase 1 to Phase 3 directly, without getting stuck in Gurgaon traffic.

DLF The Arbour
The Arbour is built on 25 acres of land and has 5 high-rise towers. Each tower has a height of G+39 floors and is designed with 3 wings. Each wing has 2 apartments, so it feels like there are only 2 apartments per floor, which gives more privacy and security. Each apartment comes with 3 reserved parking spaces.
DLF Privana
Privana Township is part of a large community spread across 130+ acres. It includes two projects Privana South and Privana West. Privana South covers 25 acres, and within 4 months of its launch, DLF also launched Privana West.
Privana West is spread over 12.6 acres and has 5 towers, each with around G+40 floors, with 4 apartments per floor. It offers 4 BHK apartments with a servant room and penthouses.
Soon, Privana North will be launched, which will be built on 20 acres. It will have 6 towers, which will be the tallest towers DLF has built so far.

DLF The Arbour was launched in February 2023 at a price of around ₹17,500 to ₹18,500 per sq. ft. It has now been 2 years and 3 months, and in this short time, the project has seen very high price appreciation.
Many people are interested in it because the value has gone up so fast. Now, the price has skyrocketed to ₹26,000 to ₹28,000 per sq. ft. The starting price for the apartments is around ₹9.5 to ₹11 crore (approx.) The price is high because of its prime location and exclusivity.
DLF Privana
In Privana Township, 2 residential projects have already been launched, and 1 more is going to launch soon.
The current apartment prices start from around ₹7.5 crore to ₹9 crore, depending on the size and phase. The upcoming project will launch at a starting price of ₹10 crore. When the first phase was launched, the price was only around ₹6.5 crore.In just one year, the project has already given a minimum price increase of ₹1 crore or more. Now, these apartments are also available for resale.
When the project is delivered in 4 to 5 years, it is expected to give a price appreciation of ₹4 to ₹5 crore. Since this is a developing area with growing infrastructure and commercial projects, the prices can increase even more, maybe ₹6 to ₹9 crore appreciation in the future.

Privana Township projects are best for people who can wait 4 to 5 years to get possession of their homes. It’s also a great option for people who often travel through the IGI Airport. A big commercial project called DLF Cyber City 2 is also coming up nearby.
The project is just 5 minutes away from Gurgaon-Faridabad Road and only 10 minutes from DLF Phase 5. The Sector 54 Metro Station is just a 3-minute drive away.
Privana
The location is well-connected to SPR (Southern Peripheral Road), Dwarka Expressway, NH-48, and the Delhi-Mumbai Expressway.
