Master Plan—The Arbour
The Arbour is spread across 25 acres of land and has a total of 5 high-rise towers. Each tower has G+39 floors. Out of these, 3 towers are built on one land parcel, and the other 2 towers are on a different land parcel. These two parcels are separated by a 24-meter-wide road and are connected by an eco-bridge for smooth access. One part of the land is reserved for the clubhouse, which will be located near the side with three towers.
The towers are designed in a special way; each tower has 3 wings, and each wing has only 2 apartments per floor. It feels like 2 apartments per core, which gives residents more privacy and better safety.
Each of the 3 wings offers different views:
- One wing faces the clubhouse
- One wing faces the city.
- One wing faces the Aravali Hills.
Usually, apartments only have city or inner views, but here, some apartments come with a beautiful Aravali Hills view, which makes them more premium and expensive.
Right now, all the apartments in The Arbour are sold out. If you want to buy, you can only get it through resale.
The Arbour—Floor Plan (4 BHK Apartment)
The floor plan of The Arbour is available. It offers spacious 4 BHK apartments, each with a size of 3956 sq. ft.
Here’s what the apartment includes:
- 4 bedrooms and 5 washrooms
- 4 washrooms are attached to the bedrooms
- 1 common washroom is separate and not connected to any bedroom
- All bedrooms are connected to a wide deck area, which is 9’8″ deep, giving you a beautiful open space outside each room.
- Among the four bedrooms, the main bedroom is the largest and features a separate dressing area.
- There is a large living room and a separate dining area for comfort and luxury.
- The kitchen is connected to a 5’11” deep deck, perfect for extra space and ventilation.
There is also a utility room, which can be used as a servant’s room. This room comes with an attached washroom and is completely separate from the main apartment.
- It can only be accessed through the kitchen.
- It also has a separate entrance from the outside, so it doesn’t disturb the privacy of your home.
